Microland Technology UK - Worst Company Ever Award
I recently reviewed the Mecury CyberPix S-330 which I purchased from Microland Technology, the camera was faulty (it would reset sometimes when taking pictures with flash), so I sent the product back to Microland Technology for a refund - 2 months later and I am STILL waiting for a refund and have had to get Trading Standards involved! According to this page, there are MANY many more people still waiting for refunds of hundreds of pounds! Romulus 2 : Microland Technology UK - User Reviews & Ratings - in fact if you do a Google search, you will find many more horror stories of BAD service from Microland Technology.

I'm £350 out of pocket thanks to their non-existent 'stock'. No refund, no replies to emails and no hope of seeing my money again.

WOW! 05 Nov 2004 - I actually got a refund!! Over 4 months and I've actually got a refund! I phoned them up some time last week, and they said they'd process the refund - you can phone them on: 0871 277 0366

microland have been ok with a couple of orders thats why ive used them again but now there are shocking there website isnt working phone lines say its still xmas and cut you off any1 no what has happen to them they are terriable they dont even answer emails any1 who knows anything can you email me on jasonmoffat_160@hotmail.com thanks

always purchase items on the internet with a credit card so you can alway receive a full refund through your credit card company Microland did me out of 15 TFTs but thankfully HSBC and Goldfish fully refunded me, after investigating this awful company

I have just had the shock of my life to find Microland have collapsed, i have no experience in computers and have been trying via email to let them know my DVD writer is only reading DVD's and not CD's now i see why there has been no reply. The telephone no 08712770366 is making a dialing tone to tell me this number does not exist now. BRILLIANT!!
