Fuji FinePix S20 Pro Review @ PhotographyBLOG

PhotographyBLOG -:- Reviews -:- Fuji FinePix S20 Pro "Just like the Fuji FinePix F700 Zoom, which also uses Fuji's new 4th Generation SuperCCD SR sensor, the FinePix S20 Pro has a number of innovations that potentially make it stand out from the crowd and which justify the much higher than average price tag for a 3 megapixel camera."

Sony DSC-P100 review - DCVIEWS

Sony DSC-P100 review - DCVIEWS: "Here we will look at the Sony DSC-P100 in particular, as it is the most advanced model from the series, offering excellent quality and lots of flexibility for creative photographers. To this aim Sony have incorporated their new, faster Real Imaging Processor, lots of easy to use features and a sharp Carl Zeiss Vario Tessar 3x optical zoom lens. Beside many automatic features the DSC-P100 also has manual flash and exposure settings, to make taking pictures a bit more challenging than just pointing the camera at your subject and shooting away. Fujifilm FinePix A330/A340 - Reviews at Steve's Digicams.

"Fujifilm's sleek new entry-level FinePix A330 (3mp) and the FinePix A340 (4mp) offer faster operation times and improved power consumption with new, user-friendly menu navigation. The cameras allow first-time digital photographers to capture great pictures easily, while keeping the overall experience simple and fun. "

Canon DIGITAL IXUS 500 review at Hardware Zone

Canon DIGITAL IXUS 500 review at Hardware Zone "This year, Canon followed up the success and added three more cameras to the IXUS range. They are the five-MegaPixel IXUS 500, the four-MegaPixel IXUS 430 and the three-MegaPixel IXUS IIs. And in this review, we look at the top-of-the-line digicam in the IXUS family – the DIGITAL IXUS 500."

DCRP Review: Canon PowerShot S60

DCRP Review: Canon PowerShot S60: "The Canon PowerShot S60 is a nice camera for those looking for a high resolution camera with a wide-angle lens, full manual controls, and a fairly compact body. Most compact digicams have lenses that start at 35 - 39 mm, but the S60's lens starts at 28 mm -- great for indoor shots. If the 100 mm telephoto end isn't enough for you, then Canon offers a teleconverter which attaches to the tripod mount. The S60's body is fairly small, but it's huge compared to things like the Digital ELPH. It's not a pocket camera, but it's small enough to carry around for the day."

Olympus D-580 Zoom Digital Camera Review at Imaging Resource

Digital Cameras - Olympus D-580 Zoom Digital Camera Review, Information, Specifications: "The Olympus D-580 Zoom is one of the latest Olympus digital cameras, in a line that's one of both the broadest and oldest in the photo industry. The Olympus D580 updates the previous D-560 Zoom model with a higher resolution imager and a few minor feature and user interface tweaks as well. It offers a nice array of options, with four preset Scene modes and the same white balance and exposure compensation adjustments. Notably missing, which was also missing from the D-560 but is an expected staple of most modern digital cameras, is ISO control. But with an expected retail price of $279 (and 'street' prices lower than that), the D-580 Zoom is a good digicam at a very attractive price. " Also known as the C-360.

Pentax Optio 43WR review at Pocketlint.

Pentax Optio 43WR review: "Most digital cameras are about as likely comfortable around dust and moisture as the England football squad are around a victory ticker-tape parade, but stranger things have happened. The 16th and penultimate addition to the Pentax's Optio range, not only likes these environs, it positively courts them."

Steves Digicams - Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P73 - User Review: "It's definitely 2004 when you can buy a 4-megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom lens that takes great pictures for just $300. Sony's new Cyber-shot DSC-P73 is no stripped-down 'entry-level' camera, it sports features like a 5-point auto focus system, manual exposure control, multi-pattern metering, scene modes, histogram display and a fast image processor that allows it to capture up to 4 Fine mode images per burst."

Olympus C-770 Camedia Ultra Zoom review

Olympus C-770 Camedia Ultra Zoom review: "Essentially a 4 mega pixel digital camera with 10x optical zoom lens, the C-770 allows high-end mpeg4 quality recording at up to 30 frames per second. While it wont replace a camcorder in terms of quality or the length of capture, the recording quality is obviously far higher than a 2.5G/3G mobile or that the average webcam can muster. Being able to record sound is a bonus and in .WAV (Wave) format no less, but its not easy to pick up a clear recording especially in outdoor conditions."

Samsung U-CA3 review

Samsung U-CA3 review "Pictures come out good with this camera considering it's a 3.2 meg camera. Skin tones are pleasant and colors are accurate. There is no Tiff mode or non-compression mode on this camera. Super-fine is the best setting of the three (super-fine, fine and normal), however it's still pretty heavily compressed. The Samsung U-CA3 has a nice macro mode. You'll need to get a rechargeable battery which adds to your package price."

Kyocera Finecam M410R Review @ Steve's Digicams

"The Finecam M410R is Kyocera's most advanced digital camera yet and is designed for those who demand the very best, especially when trying to capture sports or action images. The 4.0 Megapixel digital camera utilizes Kyocera's revolutionary RTUNE image processing for incredibly fast, continuous shooting at 3.3 frames per second. Ricoh Caplio 400G Wide review at PhotographyBLOG

"The 3.2 megapixel Ricoh Caplio 400G Wide falls into the waterproof category of digital cameras - you can use it underwater at a depth of 1m or less for up to 30 minutes. As a digital camera it closely resembles other Ricoh cameras in terms of design and features, but it does have the added bonus of a wide-angle 28-85mm lens. It also inherits the speed of the Ricoh Caplio G4, with a shutter response time of just 0.14 seconds, exceeding the speed of a conventional 35mm camera, and a very fast start-up time of 1.9 seconds. There aren't too many digital cameras that can match this unique combination of speed, wide-angle lens and waterproofness, so does the Ricoh Caplio 400G Wide live up to its billing?" Read all about it.

Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z2 Digital Camera Review

Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z2 Digital Camera Review "The Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z2 digital camera is the latest in a long line of Konica Minolta digital cameras featuring uncommon innovation, aggressive pricing, and superior optics. The original Minolta Z1 was their first long-zoom digital camera aimed squarely at the consumer market, and has been one of the most popular cameras on the Imaging Resource site since its introduction."

Pentax Optio 43WR User Review @ Steve's Digicams

Steves Digicams - Pentax Optio 43WR User Review "The Optio 43WR is a compact and durable 4.0 megapixel digital camera with a 2.8X zoom lens and a JIS Class 7 water resistance rating. The Optio 43WR remains watertight even when the camera is rinsed, splashed or submersed in water. The Optio 43WR is the perfect companion for outdoor photography in rain, snow or a day at the beach. It should not be operated underwater however"

Fuji FinePix S5000 Zoom Review at PhotographyBLOG

PhotographyBLOG -:- Reviews -:- Fuji FinePix S5000 Zoom "The Fuji FinePix S5000 Zoom is one of the more distinctive digital cameras on the market at the moment. It looks very much like a traditional SLR camera in terms of styling, but it is actually more like a compact camera in size and weight. Despite its diminutive dimensions, the Fuji FinePix S5000 Zoom has a massive 10x optical zoom which is equivalent to 37-370mm on a 35mm camera. It also features Fuji's new 4th Generation Super CCD HR sensor and can record images in RAW mode as well as the JPEG file format. And all of this is available for just over £200! So is the FinePix S5000 Zoom a bit of a bargain? Find out in my review."
