Digital Camera CCD Sensor Failures
Recently various manufacturers, Sony, Canon, Konica Minolta and Fuji announced problems with the CCD sensors in some of their digital cameras, Imaging-Resource has the bigger picture outlined in their article, including a list of affected cameras:
“Thus far, Sony itself has announced a repair program, as have three other digital camera manufacturers – Canon, Fujifilm and Konica Minolta. We fully expect to see additional repair programs announced by other digital camera manufacturers in the near future.”
