Engadget have got pictures of the new 10 megapixel Samsung SCH-B600 Digital Camera phone - it features a 3x optical zoom lens, and isn't that much larger than a normal mobile phone. Availability in Europe and the US is likely to be virtually non-existant according to Engadget. The camera controls are on the top, like other digital cameras.
