Leica D-Lux 2 Digital Camera Review

Photography Review have published their review of the 8.4 megapixel Leica D-Lux 2 (the Leica version of the Panasonic Lumix LX1), it features a wide angle 4x optical zoom lens, a 2.5" screen and 16:9 aspect ratio shooting. The Panasonic Lumix LX1 is available for around £300:

"Leica seeks to extend its reputation for true photographic tools with the D-LUX 2, originally announced in October 2005. In many important ways, it succeeds admirably. But despite its many strengths, the camera's "noisy" files may be a deal-killer for some users, particularly given the D-LUX 2's premium price."
