Ricoh Caplio 500G Wide Announced

Ricoh have announced the new Ricoh Caplio 500G Wide - an 8 megapixel ruggedised water, dust and shockproof digital camera - it features a wide angle 3x optical zoom lens (28-85mm equivalent) and anti-blur mode using high ISO settings (upto 1600), as found on the Ricoh Caplio GX8, and Ricoh GR Digital. I suspect the 500G is based on the GX8 which I reviewed previously.
