Fui F30We’ve published our review of the new Fujifilm FinePix F30 – The F30 is a 6 megapixel digital camera with a 3x optical zoom lens, a 2.5″ screen, and ISO upto ISO3200! The camera uses high ISO to avoid blur and take more natural flash free photographs, The F30 is an update to the highly popular Fujifilm FinePix F10 / F11. The Fujifilm FinePix F30 is available from £220.

“The F10 was groundbreaking in regards to low noise at high ISO settings, and the F30 has great abilities in this area. Most digital cameras have low noise at ISO100 and ISO200 and you start to see problems at ISO400. As can be seen from these test photos, at ISO400 noise is very low (in the F30 and F10) while it looks grainy for other cameras. Compared to the Canon Powershot A700 noise is significantly lower and pictures appear smoother. The results are excellent for a 6 megapixel digital camera. If we compare the F30 with the F10, the images do appear smoother and less noisy on the F30, and in practice this is a useful improvement.”

The camera uses high ISO to avoid blur and take more natural flash free photographs, The F30 is an update to the highly popular Fujifilm FinePix F10 / F11. “The Fuji Finepix F30 is a six megapixel digital camera with a three times optical zoom lens. One of the main attractions of the Finepix F30 is the fact it has a wide range of ISO settings. You can select up to ISO 3200. These can come in useful in darker conditions. On top of this the camera also offers some limited manual exposure controls. As you can see with these features the camera is a step up from a standard point and shoot model. It is likely to appeal most to someone who is prepared to get to know the camera and use these extras rather than someone who is looking for more basic camera. ”
