Canon Powershot A700 Review

ePhotoZine have reviewed the new Canon Powershot A700, it features a 6x optical zoom lens, although unfortunately it doesn't feature image stabilisation. It also features a 6 megapixel sensor, a 2.5" screen, 11 scene modes, VGA videos with sound, ISO upto 800, and a 16:9 aspect ratio shooting mode. "Great image quality in good light, coupled with good handling and a very useful 6x zoom lens definitely make this camera worthy of consideration. Although it may not perform the best in low light when compared directly with the competition, it isn't a poor performer. If you require the extra controls, AA battery support or the extra range of the 6x zoom lens then this could be the camera for you."
