Casio Exilim EX-Z850 Review

Casio Exilim EX-Z850Ken Rockwell has reviewed the new 8 megapixel Casio Exilim EX-Z850, an update to the popular Z750, it features a 3x optical zoom lens, a 2.5" screen, some manual controls, and anti-shake DSP, all in a fairly compact metal body. The Casio Exilim EX-Z850 is available for £197 at Amazon UK:

"It's a subtle but big improvement over my my 2005 EX-Z750. It's the same camera, with a zillion improvements. The biggest is that the LCD screen is now so bright it's easy to see even in direct sunlight. I had to turn mine down a click from it's default! It dims automatically. The lens is also a little sharper than the one I had on my EX-Z750. For all I know this is just luck of the manufacturing draw. Default sharpening seems higher. "
