Fujifilm FinePix F20SE Special Edition?

Fujifilm were showing the Fujifilm FinePix F20SE alongside the standard Fujifilm FinePix F20 in Silver and Gunmetal. When asked what the difference was, there appeared to be none, perhaps this camera is simply sold in a different market? The camera has exactly the same specifications as the normal Fujifilm FinePix F20 - a 6 megapixel sensor, ISO upto ISO2000, and a 2.5" screen:
