Nikon Coolpix S7c Review at PB

Photography BLOG have reviewed the new Nikon Coolpix S7c camera - an upgrade to the Nikon Coolpix S6 reviewed here. It feature a 3x optical zoom lens, a 7 megapixel sensor, a 3" screen, Vibration Reduction, black body and wireless support. The Coolpix S7c is available for £273 from Amazon

"The Nikon Coolpix S7c is is best described as an incremental upgrade of the older 6 megapixel S6 camera, adding a few new features, some of which are more beneficial than others. The upgrade to a 7 megapixel sensor is more important to the Nikon marketing team than to the general consumer, allowing them to keep up to speed in the great megapixel race. More significant for you is the expansion of the ISO range and the addition of the Electronic Vibration Reduction mode. They combine well to allow you to take sharp photos in much lower light conditions than the S7c's predecessor, although the EVR system isn't as effective as a true optical-based anti-shake system."
