Canon Powershot G7Cameras.co.uk have reviewed the new Canon Powershot G7 – a 10 megapixel digital camera, it features a 6x optical zoom lens (35 mm film equivalent 35–210 mm) with optical image stabilisation (much like the recently announced Canon Powershot A710 IS), a 2.5″ screen, face detection, ISO1600/3200, sound recording, an optical viewfinder, and a high resolution 1024 x 768 pixels (15 frames/sec.) video mode, as well as VGA / 30fps video mode. The Canon Powershot G7 is available for £306 at Amazon

“The Canon Powershot G7 is a ten megapixel digital camera with a 6x optical zoom lens. It is one of the most advanced compact digital cameras you will find and the layout of the camera helps to bring some its more advanced features to the fingertips of the more serious photographer. For example the Powershot G7 has a manual focusing ring on the back of the camera and an ISO settings dial on the top.”

Kodak Easyshare C875DPReview have reviewed the new Kodak Easyshare C875 digital camera – it features an 8 megapixel sensor, a 5x optical zoom lens and a 2.5″ screen. The C875 is excellent value for money, available for £125 from Amazon!

“Announced in August 2006 the C875 is the new flagship model in the entry-level Kodak EasyShare ‘C’ range, and the most interesting yet.
