Fujifilm FinePix S6500fd S6000fd Review

Cameras.co.uk have reviewed the new compact ultra zoom - the Fujifilm FinePix S6500fd / S6000fd Zoom. The new camera replaces the Fujifilm FinePix S5600 / S5200 - and features a 6 megapixel Super CCD sensor with ISO upto 3200, a wide-angle 10.7x optical zoom lens (equivalent to 28 - 300mm), a 2.5" screen, face-detection focus, and a rubberised black body. The camera is available for £199

"The Fuji Finepix S6500fd is one of the few super zoom cameras I have reviewed that appears to be able to avoid the dreaded purple fringing. If you have a slightly higher budget you will get more features including image stabilisation, but this is certainly a camera worth considering."
