Digital Cameras: The World's Smallest

I was looking at some of the smallest digital cameras available to see if I could find the smallest, it seems as though Olympus, with the ultra slim FE-230, make the world's smallest 7 megapixel digital camera, based on manufacturers measurements. It's also one of the cheapest! Does anyone have any suggestions of cameras I've missed out?
