Sony Cybershot DSC-S800 Announced
Sony have announced the new Sony Cybershot DSC-S800 – an 8 megapixel digital camera that features a 6x optical zoom lens and a 2.5″ screen – available from the end of May – it costs £199 including VAT – it takes AA batteries, has 54 megabytes of built in memory and ISO upto 1250:
“The DSC-S800 is an affordable yet high quality model powered by a 1/1.8″ Super HAD CCD™ processor. A superb 8.1 mega pixel image quality and a powerful 6x optical zoom are incorporated into its luxurious-looking full metal body. User-friendly features such as ‘Function Guide’ (which helps with choosing a suitable shooting mode or image size) and ‘Direct Play Button’ (which allows quick and easy access to your images) make mastering this digital camera easy. Even beginners can get a beautiful picture with minimal effort.”
