GE A830 Digital Review at Steves Digicams

Steves Digicams have reviewed the new GE A830 - an 8 megapixel digital camera, it features a 3x optical zoom lens, a 2.5" screen, digital image stabilisation, MPEG4 VGA video and ISO upto 1600:

"The GE A830 is a mixed bag. While offering some appealing features (8-megapixels, Face Detection AF, etc.) image quality was not that great, which is the most important aspect of a camera in my opinion. That said, with an MSRP of US$149, I feel the A830 offers an Ok value, but you'd be better off looking at some other models in this category, even if resolution is less."
