Sony Alpha A200 Digital SLR Announced

Sony have announced the new Sony Alpha A200 Digital SLR, an update to the A100, the A200 features a 10.2 megapixel sensor, High sensitivity up to ISO3200, Enhanced Super SteadyShot, Large 2.7-inch Clear Photo LCD, Faster, more accurate Auto Focus, and Optional vertical grip for portraits. The camera will be available with kit lens in February.

Delivering rich, vivid colours and brilliantly detailed tonal reproduction, 10.2 effective megapixel CCD sensor gains new noise reduction circuitry. Performance of the BIONZ image processing engine is also enhanced, contributing to lower picture noise in all shooting situations."
