Canon Powershot A580 Review

Imaging Resource have reviewed the new Canon Powershot A580 - it features an 8 megapixel sensor, a 4x optical zoom lens, a 2.5" screen, face detection focus, and takes AA batteries. The Canon A580 is available for £99:

"No entry-level bargain camera is going to score highly on our comprehensive tests, but the Canon PowerShot A580 proved to be pretty scrappy. Thanks to its DIGIC III processor, its performance was nothing to sneeze at.
