Fujifilm FinePix S1000fd Review
Digital Camera Review have reviewed the new Fujifilm FinePix S1000fd at Focus on Imaging 2008 – shown above with the lens set to telephoto – the new camera is the World’s smallest 12x optical zoom lens digital camera – and features a 10 megapixel sensor, manual controls, ISO 1600 at full resolution, and a 2.7″ screen. It takes 4 AA batteries and is available for £139:
“The S1000fd is obviously aimed at serious shooters, but it lacks some of the basic features that a photography enthusiast would expect – manual color, saturation, and contrast adjustments, for instance – plus it doesn’t provide image stabilization.”
