Canon Powershot SX200 IS Review
DCResource have reviewed the new Canon Powershot SX200 IS – a compact ultra zoom camera with a 28mm wide angle 12x optical zoom lens, 12 megapixel sensor, 3″ screen, optical image stabilisation, and HD video recording, it is available in blue, grey or red for £282.
“The Canon PowerShot SX200 IS is a very capable and compact ultra zoom camera. It offers very good photo quality, a 28 – 336 mm lens, a nice combination of automatic and manual controls, a large LCD, and a HD movie mode. It’s not perfect though; it has a weak, slow-to-charge flash, battery life is below average, and you can’t zoom while recording a movie mode. Despite that, the PowerShot SX200 is a good choice for a travel camera, and it earns my recommendation.”

Fujifilm FinePix F200EXR Reviews
DPReview have reviewed the new Fujifilm FinePix F200EXR – an update to the F100fd – it features a new 12 megapixel Super CCD EXR sensor that provides high resolution, high dynamic range (at 6mp), and high sensitivity with low noise (upto ISO6400 at 6mp). The camera features a wide angle 5x optical zoom lens, manual controls, anti shake sensor, 3″ screen, SD/XD card support, and compact body available in silver or black in for £251.
“Followers of Fujifilm’s compacts will see the F200 EXR as sitting in the shadow of the much sought-after F30 and F31fd, but for the wider market it’s undoubtedly a much improved camera. It may not quite match the F31fd’s noise performance at ISO 800 and upwards (or indeed its impressive battery life), but it’s got a much nicer user interface”
