Sigma DP2 Review at TOP
The Online Photographer have reviewed the new Sigma DP2 – it features a new f2.8 41mm lens (35mm equiv) – a 14 megapixel foveon sensor, a new TRUE II Image Processing Engine, RAW support and 2.5″ screen. The Sigma DP2 is available for £599
“Frankly, I was not as impressed with the DP2’s Foveon technology as I was with its lens and the fact that it has such a relatively large sensor in such a small camera. After using the DP2 daily for over a week I found it to be a sluggish, noisy, unreliable, and generally charmless device which I ultimately decided to return for a refund. That’s the bottom line of my opinion.”
