“Sporty, rough-and-tumble cameras like the Casio EX-G1 have been gaining in popularity ever since Olympus really got things rolling with its Stylus TOUGH series of point-and-shoot cameras. With more than 25 years’ experience with its G-Shock timepieces, it makes sense that Casio has released a camera that is shock-resistant, waterproof, dustproof, and freeze proof. It’s also the thinnest camera so far in this category, and has an unusual but cool design.”

If you would like to win one of these then simply join and post some photos on our Facebook page, retweet this post (on twitter or facebook, links below), or subscribe to our newsletter (link on the right). The winner will be selected on the 26th of March, and contacted for details.

“A DVD applicable to any digital EOS in the range and is designed to build an in depth knowledge of photography. This will be vital to the newcomer to photography especially if they have only used a compact camera in the past. It’s also ideal for the many photographers who are self taught and understand the basic terms but are struggling to make all the parts of photography work together. We don’t just look at what the features such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO and depth of field do, but how they interact together and when the various settings should be used. We also look at why, in some situations, it will be impossible to get great results and why. A chapter based course liberally illustrated with example pictures to get the point across.”
