ePHOTOzine has reviewed the new Nikon Coolpix P500 with 36x optical zoom lens, the most zoom in any camera, since the 35x optical zoom Canon Powershot SX30 IS (not that anyones playing a numbers game…), the P500 features an ultra wide angle 36x optical zoom lens (22.5mm to 810mm equivalent), 3″ 921k pixel swivel screen, P/S/A/M exposure modes, 8fps shooting, 12.1 megapixel back illuminated CMOS sensor, 1080p HD movies with stereo sound with optical zoom, Slow and fast motion movie recording, 360°/180° Easy Panorama mode, 1cm macro, and will be available in black or red.
