Canon has announced the new Canon EOS 1D X – full frame Digital SLR – it features an 18 megapixel sensor, 12/14fps shooting, ISO up to 512,400, Full HD video, 3.2inch screen, dual DIGIC 5 processors, and ethernet port built in! Sony NEX-C3
ePHOTOzine has reviewed the new Sony NEX-C3 – a 16 megapixel mirrorless camera with an APS-C sensor, 720p video recording, and compact body. The camera is available for £406 from Amazon UK with 18-55mm kit lens, and the camera scores “Highly Recommended” however, alternative cameras often feature full HD.

NeoCamera has reviewed the Nikon D7000 Digital SLR, it features a 16.2 megapixel CMOS sensor, 3″ high resolution screen (921k), ISO 100 to 6400, 39 point AF, magnesium alloy body sealed to dust and water, live view, 6fps, HD Video (1920 x 1080, 24 fps), top LCD, two SD card slots, and comes with a 18-105mm VR kit lens, and will be available from October. Sigma UK has announced the RRP for the new Sigma SD1 Digital SLR, of £6199 inc VAT – it features a weather sealed body, 46 megapixel Foveon sensor, magnesium alloy body, and it will be available in June.
