Panasonic Lumix GF3 Colours
Panasonic has announced the new Panasonic Lumix GF3, a new compact micro four thirds camera, with 12 megapixel Live MOS sensor, 3 inch touch screen, built in pop up flash, 4fps shooting, full HD video (at 25fps), aluminium chassis, ISO160-6400, scroll wheel, and customisable quick menu / function button. The camera will be available in pink, white, black, red, and brown (depending on location) from mid July priced at £499 with kit lens (14-42mm).

Panasonic Lumix GF3 Black

Fuji FinePix Z900 EXR
Fujifilm has announced the new Fujifilm FinePix Z900EXR – with a B.S.I 16 megapixel CMOS EXR sensor, wide 5x optical zoom lens (28-140mm equivalent), and large 3.5″ 460k pixel touch screen with multi-touch. The camera also features a 1600% Dynamic Range feature (whereas normally EXR cameras went upto 800%). Full HD video recording is also included, 12fps shooting, ISO6400 (at reduced size), and the camera will be available in black, blue, red or pink.

Canon has announced the new Canon Digital IXUS 115 HS – with HS System (12.1 MP back-lit CMOS sensor), 28mm, 4x zoom. Optical IS, Slim metal body, 3.0″ PureColor II G LCD, Full HD. Dynamic IS. HDMI, Smart Auto (32 scenes), High-speed Burst & Super Slow Motion Movie, Movie Digest, Creative shooting modes, Optional Waterproof Cases, it’s available at the end of February from Amazon UK (RRP £179).

Casio has announced the new Casio Exilim ZS10 (above), and Casio Exilim ZS5 (below), both cameras feature a 14 megapixel sensor, wide angle 5x optical zoom lens, 2.7″ screen, and USB charging. The EX-ZS10 features 720p video and will be available in black, silver, red, pink and blue, and will ship in March 2011 for $119.99.

“The new EX-ZS10 and EX-ZS5 offer a number of high-performance features which are typically not found in entry-level compact digital cameras, including 14.1 megapixel resolution and 26mm wide-angle lenses with generous 5x optical zooms. Fujifilm has announced the new Fujifilm FinePix AV200, AV250 and AX350 – the AX350 features a 16 megapixel sensor, 5x optical zoom lens (33 – 165mm), and all cameras feature a 2.7″ screen, Digital Image Stabilization, Single and Tracking Auto Focus with SR Auto, Motion Panorama mode, ISO sensitivity 1600 at full resolution and up to ISO 3200 with 3MP, Full HD photos and 720p HD movie capture (16:9 stills), Scene Recognition Auto (SR AUTO), Face Detection technology with auto red-eye removal, and is AA battery operated (180 / 480 shot battery life with alkaline / ni-mh batteries). The AX350, shown above, has a RRP of £89.99, and is due 1st March 2011.

Fujifilm has announced the new 16mp Fujifilm FinePix JX350, and 14mp JX300, they both feature a wide angle 5x optical zoom lens (28mm-140mm equivalent), metal body, 2.7″ LCD screen, ISO 1600 at full resolution, Tracking Auto Focus, Motion Panorama Mode, NEW Facebook/You Tube easy web upload, Digital Image Stabilisation, Intelligent Flash, Full HD image and 720p HD video capture, and will be available in black, silver, gold, pink, blue and red.

Fujifilm has also announced the new Fujifilm FinePix JV200 (shown below) – features the same specification listed above – but with a standard 3x optical zoom lens (36-108mm), and 14 megapixel sensor. The JV200 is only 20.9mm thick, and will also be available in black, silver, gold, pink, blue and red.

Olympus has announced the new Olympus VG-120 and Olympus VG-130 – the VG-130 features a metal body, and the VG-120 features a plastic body – other features include a 14 megapixel sensor, wide angle 5x optical zoom lens (26-130mm), 3″ screen, ISO 100 to 1600, and 19.1mm thin body. The Olympus VG-130 is available in silver, black, red or pink for €99, the VG-120 in silver, black, red or blue for €89, both from mid-January 2011.

Panasonic has announced the new Panasonic Lumix FS18 (shown above), and FS16 (below). Both cameras feature a wide angle 4x optical zoom lens (28-112mm), optical image stabilisation, intelligent auto, 2.7″ screen, … The Panasonic Lumix FS16 features a 14.1 megapixel sensor, 270 shot battery life, 720p video at 30fps, and will be available in black, silver, pink, red and blue, while the Panasonic Lumix FS18 features a 16.1 megapixel sensor, 260 shot battery life, 720p video at 24fps, and will be available in black, silver and violet.

Panasonic has announced two new budget cameras, the Panasonic Lumix S1 and Panasonic Lumix S3, as part of a new line of budget “S” series cameras. Both cameras feature a wide angle 4x optical zoom lens (28mm), optical image stabilisation, 720p video recording, intelligent Auto mode, LUMIX Image Uploader, 2.7″ screen, 250 shot lithium ion battery and 2fps shooting. The Panasonic Lumix S1, available in black only, features a 12.1 megapixel sensor, while the S3 features a 14.1 megapixel sensor and is available in black, white, red, purple, and pink (shown below).
